Canine mind basics, breed traits and bringing a dog home in India
Two Pro program members, Paresh and Reena, led their first practice sessions for the group, with Sunny Luthra facilitating and giving feedback. Paresh explained how to read a dog through three layers, the animal, the breed, and the individual personality, while Reena covered the practical, financial, and emotional commitments of bringing a dog home in India. The long Q&A that followed used real cases (pacing after walks, tail biting, nipping at legs, a bored Labrador) to show how to gather data before concluding on a dog's behaviour, and closed with an extended, unresolved group debate on ethical breeding versus adoption. Sunny also outlined plans to build member web pages using clips from these evaluation sessions.
