Why is the labrador humping on the owner of his indie friend?

Hello sir, I have a 17-month-old labrador (Bruzo), who is a very well-behaved dog. He has a female indie best friend (Arya), and Bruzo only plays with her and never misbehaves. Both are near the same age.Recently she was on her period, and yesterday we met Arya after 18 days with her owner. Bruzo sniffed her and got excited. He played a lot with her but didn’t misbehave with Arya (sorry, I don’t get the word). But suddenly Bruzo sniffed my friend, who is Arya’s owner, and started humping on her.I pulled him away and commanded him, “No, bad manners”. Then he stopped for some time again to sniff my friend and do the same thing. He sniffed Arya too, but he didn’t misbehave with her.

Summary: Bruzo, a labrador, behaves well and usually only plays with his female indie friend, Arya. After Arya's heat cycle, when Bruzo met Arya and her owner, he began humping on Arya's owner. Sunny Luthra explained that the clothes of Arya's owner had the smell of hormones released by Arya during her heat cycle, which triggered humping behavior in Bruzo. This is an uncontrollable instinctual behaviour in dogs when they smell such hormones.

  1. The association of your dog and the female dog is of play, but the clothes that her human were wearing that time had the smell of hormone which her dog released during the heat cycle, the smell of that hormone triggered humping behavior in your dog.

Dogs don’t have control over them when they smell that, their body instinctually starts mounting and humping.
