What we do guarantee: soil-based and spore-forming, 12 billion CFU, human-grade manufacture. Deeper supply-chain transparency is a priority as we scale, and we are not where we want to be on it yet.

We do not operate batch-level third-party COA testing today. It is a real investment in both process and cost, and we have not built that capability.

A finished-product trial is a 12-18 month investment we intend to make as the brand scales. Until then the papers are the mechanism, and what parents write to us is the closest available proxy, reported, never measured.

Why the gut is the address
Most supplements sold for dogs treat one complaint at a time. ProBelly is built on a different reading: the itchy paws, the recurring ear infections, the loose stools and the dull coat are frequently not four conditions but one, dysbiosis, an imbalance between the beneficial and harmful bacteria in the gut, showing up in four places.
That is the claim the research supports at the level of mechanism. A balanced microbiome regulates digestion, immunity and inflammation across the whole body, and targeted dietary change measurably shifts it. What the research does not show is that any particular dog’s ear infection will resolve because of a particular tub. That is the gap between a mechanism and a cure, and it is the gap the right-hand column above exists to keep visible.

The dahi and pet-store columns describe the categories, not any one brand. A specific pet-store probiotic that publishes its strains and its CFU count deserves to be read on its own numbers.
