Sunny Luthra spends 60-90 minutes in your home and leaves a one-page plan: the behaviour in your words, what he saw in your rooms, and the three things you change this week. Here is what one looks like.

The leash hook, the lift and the corridor all signal the walk before it starts. He leaves the building already wound up.
Reading
Not aggression, and not a leash problem. The evening walk is the only outlet in a day with no wind-down, and the route out of the building winds him up before he reaches the road.
This week
  1. Ten minutes of sniffing in the corridor before the leash comes out. No commands.
  2. Leave by the back gate until the corridor stops predicting the walk.
  3. One evening in three, no walk, a scatter feed on the balcony instead.
Review

What is on the plan

Six fields, in the order they get filled in during the visit.

  • The case line

    Your dog, your household, your building. The plan is written for the setup it has to work in.

  • Presenting

    The behaviour in your words, written down before anyone interprets it. The day-14 review is measured against this line.

  • Observed at home

    What no call can show. Most of the behaviour has started well before the dog reaches the trigger everyone blames.

  • Reading

    What is driving the behaviour. This line decides what you change.

  • This week

    Three changes, not thirty. Each one is something you do differently at home.

  • Review

    A date, in writing, to check what has changed.

How the visit works

60-90 minutes · Pune

Nothing is diagnosed from a description. Sunny watches the behaviour where it happens, which is why this is not offered over a call.

Your home, in the rooms where the behaviour happens. Not a clinic, and not a video call.
How long
60-90 minutes. The visit ends when the plan is written.
Who should be there
Everyone who handles the dog, including whoever does the evening walk. If only one person hears the plan, it will not be followed.
What you keep
The written plan, filled in during the visit, with a review date on it.

Who it is for

Two kinds of household. Both have a problem in the house already and have read too many conflicting answers online.

  • Living with something that has stopped being manageable

    Barking, reactivity, anxiety, guarding, a dog who cannot settle. The kind of thing you have already read twenty conflicting answers about.

  • Starting a puppy and would rather build than repair

    The routine, boundaries and rest set in the first months shape most of the behaviour you get for the next ten years.

The behaviours people call about most. Each one is a symptom. The visit is for finding what is behind it.

Who does the visit

One behaviourist does the visit, writes the plan and takes the review call. Same person each time.
