The Awareness.

Whenever a fight happens in our session and humans see a dog attacking the neck of the other dog, it sends the environment in a state of tension.

When we get tensed what actually happens is that our awareness is at a place of tension.

In life sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad. So what are we actually?

We become happy because our awareness is at happy place, we become sad because our awareness is at sad place.

To move our awareness from one state to another we require will power and to keep the awareness in the same state we need concentration.

Job of the humans is to keep the awareness in a state of calmness.

Whatever state you practice regularly and more oftenly, awareness will shift to that state automatically.

Practice calmness, practice assertiveness, practice joy and practice gratitude.
